How online notarization works
- Click “Start Your Session.” This opens my secure BlueNotary page.
- Upload your document. PDF is best, but clear photos are okay too.
- Verify your ID. Driver’s license or passport, plus a quick selfie—on your phone or computer.
- Meet me on live video. I’ll confirm your identity and walk you through each signature.
- E‑sign (I’ll guide you). You’ll click to sign—no special account or tech skills needed.
- Download your notarized PDF instantly. I can also email it to you, and help with apostille if you need one.
What you’ll need
- Valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
- Your document (PDF or clear photos)
- Phone or computer with camera & internet
- Quiet, well‑lit place
- Witnesses if required (I can help arrange)
